With horseradish mayonnaise on a fresh Kaiser bun with red potato and herb salad accompanied by au jus and a kosher pickle

Made within house made cookies garnished with a fresh strawberry sauce

MONDAY

A Canadian inspired shredded pork sandwich
Smothered in a maple whiskey barbeque sauce served with fresh cut fries and a crispy apple fennel slaw

Summer Parfait
Layers of fresh summer fruits, vanilla yogurt and crunchy granola

TUESDAY

Grilled Chicken Salad Tomato Basil Wrap
With spinach salad garnished with candied nut, pickled red onions, parmesan crisp drizzled in house dressing

Rustic Peach Cobbler
Brandy flavored peaches baked golden brown served warm and topped with ice cream

WEDNESDAY

Smoky Barbeque Glazed Chicken Wings
With panko breaded onion ring and a carrot and celery salad

THURSDAY

Herb Roasted Chicken
On grilled focaccia bread with pesto butter, roasted red pepper and smoked mozzarella accompanied with marinated pasta salad

Served with a rhubarb and lemon compote

Medium ground beer mixed with fresh herbs and spices hand formed, topped with sauté mushrooms, caramelized onion and Canadian cheddar.  Severed with crunchy Kettle chips
