Package Plan Details

Add 50% to all rates if only one person occupies a unit.
Rates DO NOT INCLUDE applicable taxes, gratuities or fishing license unless otherwise stated.
Package plans are based on 2 or 3 adults sharing a boat, example (5 adults = 2 boats, 6 adults = 3 boats).
If you want to bring your own boats and motors, or for parties that don’t require all of the boats allocated to them: $100.00 per boat and motor not used for a 7 night package can be deducted or $50.00 per boat and motor not used for 6 days or less package. Docking will be provided at no charge. But gas is extra

Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. Check out time is 9:00 a.m.
7-day packages run from Saturday to Saturday. 6 day or less packages start or end on a Saturday unless prearanged by the lodge.
Chaudiere Lodge is responsible for providing equipment that is in good running order for our guests. We ask that in turn that our guests are responsible for the boats and equipment in their care and that care is taken when operating lodge equipment.

A 25% deposit of the published rate for all members of your party is due within 15 days of booking the balance is due upon arrival.
If you must cancel your reservation, and you notify us 90 days prior to your arrival, we will apply your full deposit to any date open later in the year, or the following year. If you prefer an immediate refund a 25% administration fee will be deducted.
Reservations are confirmed and guaranteed only when a deposit has been received. Deposits should be paid within 15 days of booking and may be paid with a personal cheque, money order, bank draft, Visa or Master Card.

PERSONAL CHEQUES ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSIT ONLY. THE BALANCE IS DUE ON ARRIVAL AND MUST BE PAID BY CASH, TRAVELER’S CHEQUES, VISA OR MASTERCARD.
