RCI Plan

A deposit is required from all reservations made through RCI.  This deposit is made directly to the lodge and is independent and separate from any fees to RCI.  Deposits should be made at the time of the reservation. If a deposit is not received by the lodge the reservation will not be honored.
The meal plan, housekeeping and parking are all mandatory. Please note that the parking fee will be waved when guests are flown in.

• Depth Finders
• Electric Bilge Pumps
• Cushions
• Paddles
• Fishing Nets (you might want to bring your own nets if Musky is your target)
• Life Jackets
• An Anchor
• Electric Start
• All boater safety equipment

Your first tank of gas, is on us.

Rate Details

The above rates do not include applicable taxes or gratuities. A 15% maintenance fee will be included.

The boat occupancy policy for the all inclusive package is 2 and 3 people per boat. For example;

2 people in a group = one boat
3 people in a group = one boat
5 people in a group = two boats

A $100.00 deduction can be made for each boat not needed by your party for the 7 days or more package.

A $50.00 deduction can be made for each boat not needed by your party for the 6 days or less package.

Guest are welcome to bring their own boats, docking is always free but gasoline is not included. Chaudiere does have gasoline available at our dock.

Accommodation Details

Your cottage will be ready at 1:00pm but guests are welcome anytime, checkout is at 11:00am.

7 day packages run from Saturday to Saturday but we always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Chaudiere Lodge is responsible for supplying equipment that is in good running order. In turn we ask that guests respect and return it in the same condition

Reservation Information

A 25% deposit is required 15 days after reservations are made. This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to another vacation at a later date.

Reservations are only confirmed when a deposit is received. Deposits should be paid within 15 days of booking and can be paid buy personal cheque, traveler’s cheques, Visa or MasterCard.

The balance is due upon arrival and can be paid by cash, traveler’s cheques, Visa or MasterCard.

Once your reservations are made an invoice will be drafted and e-mailed to you for review. It will show the cost of your vacation and outline the deposit that is due. Once the deposit is made the invoice will be e-mailed to you once again showing deposit paid along with proof of payment.

All prices are quoted in Canadian funds, with the American dollar never exceeding par.
