A deposit is required from all reservations made through RCI.  This deposit is made directly to the lodge and is independent and separate from any fees to RCI.  Deposits should be made at the time of the reservation. If a deposit is not received by the lodge the reservation will not be honored.
The meal plan, housekeeping and parking are all mandatory.

All exchange fees for accommodations are administered and paid to RCI.  All other fees are paid to Chaudiere Lodge.

Your first tank of gas, is on us.

As well children 5 and under are free and children 5 to 12 are half price.

You must contact the lodge as soon as possible after booking a reservation.

A 25% deposit of the published rate for all members of your party is due within 15 days of booking the balance is due upon arrival.

A 15% gratuity will be automatically added to your bill

You must arrive at the landing prior to dark for pickup by our water taxi unless prior arrangements are made with the lodge

Guests are responsible to pay for meal plan, maid service, parking and boat rental for the time period the reservations are made… regardless of late arrival or early departure. Please see Package Plan Details for more info.
