Accommodations

Accommodation in a waterfront cottage completely equipped with Hudson Bay blankets, linens and towels. In your cottage you will find:

  • Coffee maker
  • Bar sized refrigerators
  • Beautifully appointed living room
  • Screened porch or open air deck
  • Electric heat
  • 3 and 4 piece bathrooms with hot and cold running water.

This includes daily maid service to keep your cottage spotless. Also included are three meals per day served in our beautiful waterfront dining room (please see our menu). For the sportsman and sportswoman that want to spend the day on the water we also offer box lunches.

Boat & Equipment

For every two to three people an 18’ cedar strip boat will be supplied complete with a 15hp or 20 hp Yamaha four stroke engine. This boat will come fully equipped with:

  • Swivel seats
  • Depth finders
  • Electric bilge pumps
  • Cushions
  • Electric Start
  • Paddles
  • Fishing nets (you may want to bring your own if musky are your targeted species)
  • Minnow buckets
  • An anchor
  • All boater safety equipment
  • Gas for your rental boat is supplied for the week

We also include:

  • Live bait
  • Use of canoes (based on availability)
  • Use of lodge facilities which include; games, satellite T.V and surround sound, Xbox 360, musical instruments, and telescopes.
  • Cleaning, wrapping and freezing of your fish.
  • Ice

Your all-inclusive fee includes:

  • Three amazing meals per day served in our beautiful waterfront dining room – please see our menu. (For those who want to spend the day on the water we also offer box lunches.)
  • Daily maid service to keep your cottage spotless.
  • Free parking, boat Launch and docking (if you bring your own boat)
  • Use of laundry facilities
  • Use of Main Lodge lounge c/w 50″ flat screen satellite TV
  • Unlimited use of wireless Internet

Your accommodation in a waterfront cottage is equipped with Hudson Bay blankets, linens and towels, plus:

  • Bar sized refrigerator, (pre-stocked with Coca Cola and Ginger Ale at a cost of $1 per can)
  • Beautifully appointed living room
  • Screened-in porch or open air deck
  • Electric heat
  • 3 or 4 piece bathroom with hot and cold running water

Optional extras:

Boat rental: $390 per week or $80 per day (fuel not included).
Live bait: Minnows $7 per dozen, Night crawlers (Dew Worms) $5 per dozen.

PLEASE NOTE: A deposit is required for all reservations made through RCI. This deposit is made directly to Chaudiere Lodge and is independent and separate from any fees to RCI. Deposits should be made at the time of the reservation. If a deposit is not received by Chaudiere the reservation will not be honored.


  • Rate Details

    All listed rates are per person, and are based on a minimum occupancy of 2 adults. (Children 12 and under are half price and 5 and under are free.)

    Listed rates do not include applicable taxes or gratuities.

    The boat occupancy policy for the all inclusive package is 2 and 3 people per boat. For example:

    2 people in a group = one boat
    3 people in a group = one boat
    5 people in a group = two boats

    A $100.00 deduction can be made for each boat not needed by your party for the 7 days or more package. A $50.00 deduction can be made for each boat not needed by your party for the 6 days or less package.

    Guest are welcome to bring their own boats, docking is always free but gasoline is not included. Chaudiere does have gasoline available at our dock.

  • Accommodation Details

    Your cottage will be ready at 1:00pm but guests are welcome anytime. Checkout is at 11:00am.

    7 day packages run from Saturday to Saturday but we always do our best to accommodate your needs.

    Chaudiere Lodge is responsible for supplying equipment that is in good running order. In turn we ask that guests respect and return it in the same condition.

  • Reservations

    A deposit must be submitted upon booking and a confirmation will be sent. This can be done on the booking page. Deposit amount is a flat $175 per person for May, June, September or October and $195 per person July 1st through September 5th.

    Reservations are only confirmed when a deposit is received. Deposits should be paid within 15 days of booking and can be paid by personal cheque, traveler’s cheques, Visa or MasterCard.

    The balance is due upon arrival and can be paid by cash, traveler’s cheques, Visa or MasterCard.

    All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars.
